SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the SMS messaging program operated by Proseek LLC ("Proseek," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to Proseek and consenting to receive SMS — for example, on a signup, booking, or registration form at proseek.org — you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Proseek operates an online marketplace connecting bodybuilding and physique coaches and experts with athletes and fitness clients for 1:1 coaching, expert Q&A, live webinars and events, and competition-prep operations. Proseek uses SMS to communicate with Coaches and Clients about their bookings, sessions, and active engagements. You opt in to SMS on a Proseek form by actively checking an unchecked-by-default consent box.

2. Message Types

When you opt in to SMS from Proseek, you may receive any of the following message types:

• Booking and session confirmations — sent when you book a coaching session, Q&A, or event
• Session, webinar, and event reminders — sent before a scheduled session or live event
• Follow-ups after a session — check-ins or review requests sent after a completed session
• Responses to your inquiries — sent in reply to your own inbound questions
• Occasional account and program updates — including invitations to relevant coaching or events

These message types match those declared on Proseek's A2P 10DLC campaign filing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity (number of bookings, sessions, events, and replies). There is no fixed schedule. Most users receive a handful of messages per session or event (a confirmation, one or two reminders, and a follow-up) and otherwise only when they themselves reach out.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Proseek does not charge you for the SMS messages themselves, but your carrier may charge per-message or data fees depending on your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your specific plan.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your phone. Other recognized opt-out keywords include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END. You can opt back in at any time by replying START, UNSTOP, or YES.

7. Carrier Disclosure

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and capacity. Proseek uses industry-standard SMS infrastructure (Twilio) and follows the carrier guidelines published by CTIA and the major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.), but we do not guarantee delivery of any specific message.

8. Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS message content are handled per our Privacy Policy and used only for the purposes described in these SMS Terms. No mobile information — including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent — is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and consent are disclosed only to the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf (our CRM and messaging platform provider, Flowpilot360, and our SMS infrastructure provider, Twilio) and the mobile carriers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked to receive.
